A Stool Make Over

I bought this stool last year at Goodwill for $4. It has been sitting in the garage for inspiration to strike. I finally decided to put it to good use.

Here's the before:

As you can see the upholstery was in terrible shape and the silver painted legs were chipped and scratched.

Here's the after:

I love the girly-ness of the french provincial style legs so hot pink works well. It now works as a fun little seat or stool and adds another touch of pink to Miss M's room! I love it and so does she! Fresh paint and new upholstery really can add new life to sad piece.
